In 1936 N.Y. Danko created the models for the stationery stand Discussion of Stalin's Constitution in an Uzbek kolkhoz. The creation of this set was symbolic for the young Soviet state. In 1936 a draft Constitution of the USSR was published and widely discussed by almost all citizens of the country. This stationary set devoted to the adoption of 1936 Constitution was one of the biggest works by N.Y. Danko and was widely popular. In was manufactured at Leningrad Porcelain Plain in the second half of 1930-s and the beginning of 1940-s.
