 "Russian Kuznetsov Empire faience and porcelain and Konakovo faience from the private collection"

 January 22 - February 18, 2016

From January 22, 2016 in the All-Russian Decorative Art museum is open a new exhibition: "Russian Kuznetsov Empire faience and porcelain and Konakovo faience from the private collection". New exposition takes place in the three halls of the museum.  This exposition is  the result of many years of collecting  work of the Moscow collector. Private collection includes more than 800 pieces made of the domestic porcelain and faience productions during the pre-revolutionary and Soviet period. However, the main part of the collection - porcelain and faiance pieces, issued by enterprises of the M.S. Kuznetsov Association, factories of his relative and competitor – I.E. Kuznetsov and Konakovo faience factory ( former M.S. Kuznetsov Tver factory) . The collection has been forming  over 30 years.  All the exhibited items are described in detail, many of them accompanied by the text "sketches", taken from Russian literature and periodicals end of XVIII - first third XX centuries.

The exhibition is accompanied by a catalog - "Russian Kuznetsov Empire faience and porcelain (private collection). From the past to the future. "

The exhibition is open until February 18, 2016.
