June 23, 2016 in Vladimir took place the VI parliamentary forum "Historical and cultural heritage of Russia" on the theme "Heritage, values, traditions: the look into the future." 

The forum was attended by Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko, the Governor of the Vladimir region, Svetlana Orlova, members of the upper house of parliament, heads of relevant ministries of the Russian Federation, regional authorities, cultural figures, experts, representatives of institutions of education and science. The All-Russian Decorative Art Museum was represented by director Elena Titova.
